Copy and paste couldn't be easier. Make plain text is often very useful. NB: Below there's a rubric "What needs to be improved?" IMO there's nothing at all which needs improving; it works fine, does exactly what I need, and if it ain't broke don't fix it. But the rubric needed to have something entered (a silly demand since it's not always warranted). None of the choices would have been correct, but I entered "Social media integration". Fact is, I don't even know how iClip would do that, but in any case it's something I neither need nor want. So you who read this: dismiss my improvement suggestion.

I've only twice had a problem . I forget what the first one was, years ago, but the developer, Thomas Tempelmann, and I emailed a bit back and forth, and he solved it no-hassle fast. I just had the second one: my 3-days-old MBAir M2 has Monterey 12.5. iClip suddenly didn't paste. I cried out to Thomas, and minutes later he sent me the solution, which was easy, and now iClip is fine again. IME, the robustness of the app, the speed of customer support, and the easy successful repair are a rarity.

Unfortunately it's a memory gobbler, over 500 mb ! Similar but more practical Pasta consumes 10 times less. I guess the culprit is appear and disappear function ?

I've tried other clip managers, and none have worked as well as iClip. When I performed a "clean install" of my entire computer, I ran into trouble getting iClip to work the way it had been, but the developer was very responsive and walked me through the steps to get it up and running. It's hard to think how I would manage without this utility!

Two things I do not like:
1. The bins are small and square. They should be rectangle (to show more text), and the window should be resizeable.
2. You can have only one window. So, if you paste from a Clip Set you have to switch to it and then switch back to the Recorder. This switching is annoying.

Wonderfully helpful app. Been using it for years, I'd hate to be without it. It's now 64-bit and works fine with Catalina. Worth every penny!

After trying 10+ Clipboard managers, I have settled happy with this one. As someone who works a lot in excel with frequent copy/paste tasks, this is saving literally hours every week which I can now utilise working out lol.
Worth the price and has more copy/paste features when compared to others.
